REDDI-PANDA
The REDDI-PANDA is our skid steer roller, the machine we used to sell under that name. Five models, LRD04 to LRD08, with working widths from 48” to 96” — 4’ to 8’. Every one runs a 24” drum, and the drum takes water when you want more weight on the ground.
What it does
It compacts what you drive it over: soil, gravel, rock and asphalt. On a construction site that is the base under a pad, a parking lot or a driveway. On a landscaping job it is the pass that firms a new lawn so the seed sits against soil instead of loose fill. The roller is an attachment, so it works wherever the skid steer fits — between buildings, along a fence, in a back yard.
Drum and frame
The drum is 24” in diameter on every model, from 48” of working width on the LRD04 to 96” on the LRD08. Bearing ID is 2.5” across the range and frame tubing is 4” x 3”. The whole unit stands 24” high and 30.75” long, so it fits on a trailer with everything else.
Weight and water
The LRD04 weighs 865 lbs empty and the LRD08 1461 lbs. Fill the drum with water and every model puts more down without you bolting anything on. Drain it again when the ground is soft or when you are loading the machine out.
Sizes
Overall width runs 52”, 70”, 77”, 88” and 100”, with working widths of 48”, 66”, 73”, 84” and 96”. Pick the one that matches the gate, the path or the trailer you have to get through, because on this machine that is usually what decides it.

It is a skid steer attachment, and it was sold as the Skid Steer Roller before we named it the Reddi-Panda. Weights run 865 lbs on the LRD04 to 1461 lbs on the LRD08, before water.
Soil, gravel, rock and asphalt. The 24” drum carries the machine weight plus whatever water you put in the drum, and more passes put more density in.
Yes, the drum fills with water. That is the cheapest weight there is, it comes back out when you want the machine light for the trailer, and there is nothing to bolt on or store.
Two bearings at 2.5” ID and a drum. Keep the drum clean of built-up dirt, check the bearings, and drain the water before a hard freeze.
